Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission basis. As a Biz Dev Rep, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new clients interested in graphic design services, particularly those seeking Visual Identity Branding. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to join the team and assist in growing our outreach and company as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients, ranging from small to large businesses, across diverse industries.
  • Promote our graphic design services, emphasizing our unique capabilities and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide regular updates on client prospecting activities and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate results in sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
  • Knowledge or interest in graphic design and creative services is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role, with a competitive commission rate of 18% on all successfully secured projects. Projects can typically range from 1k to 5k , depending on the scale of the business or rebranding.
